The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

Parking was right at the hotel. Large rooms with large balconies that gave us a great view of the valley. Staff was very attentive, even had room service. There were two fans we could use as there was no a/c. Unfortunately our neighbors sat on their balcony laughing a drinking till at least midnight so we couldn’t keep our windows open. The room was a bit too warm. Everything was spotless and the breakfast had many different options. Very tasty. We would stay here agin in the future.

The entire experience was terrible. The staff wasn't pleasant or willing to help or assist. The rooms were old and tired and smelled like a care center. Only a few of the outlets worked. Our rooms were never cleaned during out stay. We requested an iron and the front office staff was really put out with the request. The hotel has nice amenities are but not available for the guest. I would never stay at this hotel again.
