"Parking is super inconvenient. They have a couple lots close to the hotel BUT they have those locked. Everyone else even handicap have to park at a reasonable distance AND go down a bunch of steps. "My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."
