Location, location, location! Nestled in the picturesque Chugach mountains yet conveniently located just 15 minutes to the airport/downtown (7 minutes to excellent restaurants and shops), this serene Hillside retreat in South Anchorage offers the best of both worlds.
Surrounded by million-dollar homes, this quaint 2-story, single-family hidden gem sits on over 1/2 private, wooded acre near hiking and ski trails in one of Anchorage's nicest, safest, most affluent, established neighborhoods.
From sunrise to sunset, you'll marvel at the expansive, spectacular views of the inlet, Sleeping Lady (and sometimes Denali), and city lights while enjoying your morning coffee or nightcap. Photos don't do it justice!
Walking distance to a popular hiking trailhead, less than 5 minutes to Hilltop Ski Resort, 10 minutes to Flattop Mountain, 10 minutes to Potter Marsh, 40 minutes to Girdwood/Alyeska Ski Resort, 1 hour to Portage Glacier, and 2 hours to Seward, it's an ideal base for your Alaskan adventure.

The master bedroom (king bed and a 55" Samsung The Frame smart TV), huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer, and full bathroom are downstairs. There is another entrance that opens to a large backyard. Outdoor area features a fire pit with views as well as a seasonal greenhouse.
