Need a relaxing place to rest between your Alaskan adventures? This stylish, newly constructed modern suite is located in the heart of downtown Anchorage. We offer free private parking as well as some great walking experiences. We are a 5-minute walk to the Anchorage Railroad Depot (west) or F St Station Pub (east); a 10-minute walk to the Anchorage Museum or History & Art, and just 4 minutes to the the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail which often provides views of Mt. Denali.

I lived in Anchorage for 10 and never would’ve thought I could find VRBO in the middle of all downtown action like this one. Great condo, with a super cute coffee shop just outside the front door. I recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking to stay in Anchorage.

The loft was a very nice place to stay. Very clean. Modern, convenient amenities. Easy walk to downtown attractions. Communication with the owner, Ed, was prompt. The only issue I encountered was unclear instructions on getting to the unit inside the building. I had to go through the coffee shop to get to it.

Great location and easy stay
Great location if you are planning to roam around downtown Anchorage and use the Alaska Rail. Close to great eats and the Tony Knowle Trail. There are bike cruisers to use for the trail. I suggest you let the host know you are going to use the bikes and ask that the bike are ready for use.

Perfect Location
My husband and I stayed here as a jumping-off point before taking the train to Seward early the next morning. The unit is connected to a coffee shop (looks great, didn't get a chance to try because of the short stay). The train station is really right across the street, and bars, restaurants, and shops are just a few blocks away. The space itself was very clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. We will surely stay again if life brings us back to Anchorage!

In town location
The property is located one and two blocks south of many of the shops and activities. It is one block north of the train station. It would be very convenient to take the train to Seward. We did not hear the train from the apartment. The property was exactly as described. It was all very comfortable.
