"Not only were the airport shuttle drivers top notch, but the young man holding the front desk together waa giving it all he had! Courteous, patient with lines of people trying to check in early, and attentive to all who walked in. Kudos to them for dealing with it all!"

"The part we stayed in was a little bit dated, the breakfast was OK. But the girls at the front desk were amazing and everybody else at the facility was great. Other than the part we stayed and was a little bit old. The facility was very nice."

"The check in was easy. It was nice that free airport pick up was included. It’s a no frills hotel, but there’s a refrigerator and microwave inside the room which helped a lot to reheat our leftovers. There were free coffee and tea at the lobby on a certain time of the day. The hotel room had a musty smell so we had to open the window. The only drawback was the hotel is a little far from the downtown Anchorage. If you plan to stay here it’s advisable to rent a car so you can explore the area."

"Toda la habitación básica pero impecable!!!, el personal muy atento y agradable, pero el desayuno muy básico y el gran problema fue el transporte al aeropuerto, la persona encargada no regresó a tiempo para llevarme al aeropuerto, pero el hotel resolvió y me mandó literalmente un ángel que nos ayudó y llevo rápido al aeropuerto en su propio vehículo y regreso por el resto de mi familia, gracias"

"This hotel is plain and straightforward. The room was clean and quiet, and there is onsite laundry if you need to wash up clothes. There’s only fast food nearby, so you have to go farther out for sit down food."

"The shuttle from the airport was short only 15 minutes. Right on time. The hotel staff was helpful with any questions. The cleaning staff maintained our room everyday. The breakfast each day was hot and fully stocked. The waffles were delicious."
