A lovely place! Very helpful staff! Wonderful location to city tours, bike rentals, good restaurants. Only complaint there is a bit of outside noise overnight but it would not stop me from staying there again!
We spent one day there and it was a beautiful view from our room. The only thing was I wish I was told that we needed to get to it through a tunnel which is tolled. Being from out of town that would have been nice to know ahead of time
The rooms are simple but clean and the staff is very accommodating and nice. It's not a fancy place but it has all you need. The breakfast area doesn't have a lot of seating, and the food is ok. I'd stay there again
We wanted to be downtown and near the bike path and we were. Everything else could have been better. Small room, shared bath, noisy next door room even if they were quiet, no sound insulation in the walls. They provided ear plugs on the night stand.
Great place to stay and wonderful staff. Only downfall was unexpected nightly rate for parking car. Ended up having to return my rental as I wasn't agreeable to paying the additional $30 per night for valet parking.
It was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our trip to alaska and one of the best. It was noisy because the train station is there but it was well worth the money. The staff was excellent even willing to have us breakfast at 230am so we could be on a plane at 5am.
