It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 24 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen and bathroom (with bath). The studio is composed as follows: \- An entrance hallway with a bunk bed (two single beds) \- A 24 m² living room with a double sofa-bed, Smart TV (which allows connection-sharing access to favorite VOD services such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, as well as music services such as Spotify, video game and sports content...), dining area \- Open kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. \- Bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit \- Separate WC Outside : \- A balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The studio is ideally located in Ancelle, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach. Activities : Winter: winter sports, dog sledding, rando-luge, ski joëring, snake gliss, snow tubbing or yooner (halfway between sledging and skiing), skating rink, at the foot of the cross-country ski trails, 12 snowshoeing itineraries... In summer: leisure centre near the studio, forest walks, horseback riding, paragliding, mountain biking, fitness trails, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure courses, educational farms, nearby leisure center, via ferrata at Rouanne, Lac de Serre-Ponçon (40mn), Lac de Saint Bonnet (20mn), canoeing, sailing, golf at Col Bayard (20mn)... Big parking space, nice view through the window, clear. I was missing internet connection and the connection on the phone is this place is poor. Otherwise, really nice place, well equipped. Même galère pour le depart : nous n'avons jamais reçu les instructions. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller et déposer les clefs à la conciergerie d'Ancelle. Mais la personne qui s'occupait de nous nous a dit 16h,mais prévenu que peut être absente. Et effectivement, pas là !! nous avons appris que les clés y étaient depuis le matin. Donc nous aurions pu les récupérer à 15h, comme prévue au départ . Déçue ! et la personne n'a jamais répondu à mes messages. Le séjour, l'appartement, top. Mais il n'y avait ni couettes ni oreillers, ce qui est gênant pour un séjour au ski....Heureusement, les employés d'Ancelle Conciergerie ont été très réactifs et ont pu nous prêter des couettes et oreillers sur leur stock personnel. Par ailleurs, la plomberie est défaillante: il est difficile de prendre une douche avec un minuscule filet d'eau chaude.
