There was no one at the desk when I arrived. No hot water the first morning. When I called about it, the front desk person was like “oh well, I’ll report it to maintenance.” For what I paid, they should have moved me to a different room immediately. But they did not care. I guarantee that I won’t be returning.

Our stay was okay. The entire check-in process was crazy. The amount of time we had to verify ourselves was a little much.
There are no amenities like laundry detergent, dish soap or anything to wash dishes with. We each had one body towel for the entire stay, extra towels would have been so nice.
There are also zero extra blankets. It was cold and the bedding was thin. We could have used a throw blanket or extra blankets to cover up with. We froze at night.
Front shades were broken so we couldn’t close them. That was annoying as the windows are huge and it felt like the entire neighborhood was watching us.
Overall house was clean and as pictured.
