The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home features two queen masters with en-suites and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds sharing the hallway bathroom. Upgraded carpet is in all bedrooms, and laminate wood flooring is used throughout the rest of the home. An open-concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances—a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher—is also available. Beautiful French doors lead to the dining room, which comfortably seats ten, with an additional breakfast table and kitchen counter seating. The garage game room is located through Master #2\. It has Stiga Ping Pong, a 3-in-1 table (pool, air hockey, and ping pong top), and cubbies with toys and games. In addition, strollers, a high chair, a pack-n-play, and a booster chair are available for your infant and toddler. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for guest's use. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The family room has a 51 TV with a DVD player. A couch with a queen sleeper sofa and High-speed wireless internet are included. Central heating and air conditioning Relax in our sparkling pool and in-ground Jacuzzi in the rear yard. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and additional chairs. This house SLEEPS 10 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined). Maximum Vehicles 2 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights NO Smoking Inside the Home or In the Front Yard. Smoking Permitted in Rear Yard w/Conditions No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. They thoroughly enjoyed Disneyland but I think they enjoyed the backyard pool almost as much. The accommodation is perfect for a family and I highly recommend it. ##### Brian B. Comfortable beds, even the bunk beds had great mattresses and were doubles. The pool area was an oasis in the backyard. Lots of room for everyone to have downtime or play as a group. We came to Anaheim to visit Disney and attend a convention, and this home could not have been in a better location. The Uber rates very super cheap to the park, and convention center and rides were always available. The home was very well appointed with toiletries, linens, kitchenware and glassware, the beds were comfortable and the pool/spa were excellent! It was very clean and was in a perfect place for everything our family wanted to do! After very long days in the parks, it was so nice for the kids to release their energy in the pool while we relaxed and enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this to everyone! Very nice clean house. We loved the pool and spa. Our only issue was check out, we left and tried locking up 4 minutes late and were no longer able to use code. It was convenient to Disneyland/DCA (we could even see the fireworks from the front yard). The property was great. We enjoyed the nice space for each family member, the pool and hot tub, the dining room for family meals, and more. It was also an added bonus to have a stroller to borrow for the parks! We loved the location of the property. It was very close to everywhere we went. The property was spacious but desperately in need of some carpet cleaning.
