Be our guest in our luxurious home that has all you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The 2,000 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms each with showers, and a private freshwater Pool(Complimentary heated with solar panels, with Optional gas heating at an additional charge ($90/day - 85\*F pool temp.) Optional gas heating is not available from December to February). Pool heating days need to be consecutive. Important Rules and Requirements: \-GATHERINGS/PARTIES are NOT allowed (Max occupancy at any time: 9 people including children). \- Pets are NOT allowed at anytime inside or outside of the house. \- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside of the property \- Reservation must be made by someone over 25 year old. \- No outdoor activities between the hours of 10pm - 9am. \*Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a 42-inch HDTV. A bathroom with shower is located in a short hallway immediately outside of this first bedroom. The second bedroom is large with 2 full over full bunk beds that can sleep 8 with a large private bathroom! This room has entertainment for all ages, a large 60" HDTV with Time Warner cables 200+ Channels, a Wii U with 5 controllers and charging dock, wooden train set with table, a kids kitchen for play, a kids table with chairs for playing games, and books for young readers. The third bedroom is a luxurious room with a private bathroom and large 55 inch HDTV. The bedroom has a perfect view of the nightly Disneyland fireworks! The living room has a sofa with a large 65-inch 4k Smart TV with Time Warner cables 200+ Channels and a DVD/Bluray movie collection. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. Ceramic and Paper Plates, Silverware and plastic utensils, cookware, coffee pot, bake-ware and more are all available for you to use. There is too much to list! The backyard includes a natural gas BBQ area that over looks the pool to supervise kids at play and a patio dinning area. The pool is Solar heated for your comfort at no additional cost. \-There is cable TV in all bedrooms, living room and Billiard room. \-Free High speed WIFI is available throughout the house and in the back yard. \-Free use of computer station and Printer/Scanner. \-We also provide 2 single strollers, a pack n play and plenty of toys and games for everyone. Prior to your arrival, a pass code will be provided for opening the front door. A welcome packet will be provided in the home. This packet will include information on the home and the local area, lists and maps of local restaurants and grocery stores, maps to Disneyland from the house and more. We take pride in the cleanliness of our vacation home. Therefore, the house is professionally cleaned after each guest stay and restocked with freshly cleaned linens and toiletries. Hypoallergenic mattress protectors are on every bed and everything is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. We provide Individually packed Toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste, shower caps, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, clothing irons, liquid hand soap. Supplies will be stocked based on the number of days rented, we do not re-stock these supplies so please use thoughtfully. (Absolutely no pets allowed) City of Anaheim House Permit/Business License#REG2015-00012 Parking: Pursuant to Section 4.05.100.0112 of the Short-Term Rental Ordinance of the City of Anaheim, a maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed at the property. Two vehicles of occupants of the short-term rental unit can be parked on the Driveway, with a third vehicle allowed to be parked street side with a parking permit, available at the rental. Our family of 4 stayed in this rental while we were in town to visit Disneyland over New Years. The home was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed! The walk to Downtown Disney was only 1 mile (20-25 min). We walked this path 10 times and never felt like it was too far. Although, our toddler couldn't have done it without the stroller provided by the owner--thank you!! Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a property close to Disneyland and in a quiet neighborhood. ##### Yvette C. The property was ultra clean and well maintained. You can literally watch the fire works from Disney from the upstairs bedroom or sitting on the patio. This house did not disappoint! Wonderful suite upstairs that us as grandparents enjoyed being able to have our own space. Huge double bunk sets with bathroom for the kids. When we struggled to find an affordable 2 br suite in the area with good reviews, she reluctantly agreed to try VRBO. I share all that to say we aren’t the easiest to please, and we LOVED this property. It was very clean and perfectly suited for our family. My wife loved how they thought of everything for families down to outlet covers for child protection. My kids were sad we hadn’t planned more time to be at the house to enjoy all the amenities. The entire home was spotless, very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, spacious with an open floor plan and very nicely decorated. We were there in November so it was a little too cool outside to swim so we didn’t use the pool but I will say that the backyard is lovely with an outdoor kitchen, large patio set and lovely pool area. This home is perfect for a family visit to Disneyland and the Southern California/Anaheim area. It’s beautiful inside & outside, incredibly spacious, decorated in very good (high end) taste, and the best-equipped home we’ve ever visited. We are a 3-generation family of 6, and there was SO much room. The house is extremely well-supplied for children (strollers to toys to tableware) and the playroom/bedroom for kids absolutely delighted our preschooler. (We also appreciated the very tasteful and grownup master bedroom!) The house has many charming and fun Disney touches, so it’s like staying at a Disneyland hotel, only much better. This vacation home was absolutely PERFECT for our last minute Christmas trip to Disneyland! We have stayed in a lot of short-term vacation homes and this place was the CLEANEST home I have ever seen! I'm picky and notice details and every square inch was clean...floors, drawers, dishes, sheets and towels, etc. It's also a nice home overall...decorated nicely, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood, pleasant walk to Disneyland, etc. We had a family of six...mom, dad and four adult children, so we didn't need the playspace etc but that didn't matter...it was fun to have the Disney decor...what Disneyland is all about! We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Disneyland. Also, I needed to communicate with the property manager about a couple things both before and during our trip and he was so kind, quick to reply and pleasant. The owners are generous with the basics (not just one roll of TP or one dishwasher pod) and they go above and beyond when it comes to the kitchen and bathroom being FULLY stocked (even spices, oil, and plastic wrap/aluminum foil) The beds were comfortable, high quality linens and towels, every appliance worked, and even a computer/printer for use. Our kids are grown but there was everything you could need for toddlers and small children too (stroller, pack n’ play, toys, books, small size table/chairs) The location is perfect and we walked the 1.6 km to Magic Way in 20 minutes every day and then took the tram. ##### Dani W. You can tell they want to ensure their guests have everything they could possibly need on vacation. My family and I appreciate them maintaining such a wonderful rental! There were two strollers and two high chairs available to use. Also plenty of plastic dinnerware/flatware for the wee kids to eat off of, but lacking adequate bowls/flatware for older kids/adults without running the dishwasher daily. Kitchen was well-stocked to cook meals and at the time of our visit had these useful items: Rice Cooker, Slow Cooker, Toaster Oven, Waffle Iron, Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle, 2-Burner Griddle. They do not have a coffee grinder. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms adequate. My husband and I did not prefer the extra-firm bed, but loved the cozy bedding and mini split available upstairs in the master suite. We also could’ve done with two more towels in the master bathroom, but stole two from the kids since we were just a party of four. We did not find this home to be within walking distance of Disney. It would’ve been a 1.5 mile (35 min walk) to main entrance or a 1 mile walk to take the tram from Mickey & Friends parking garage. We paid for in/out parking and left mid-day to return after supper. Walking 10 miles in the park was enough for us! “Solar” heating is not adequate to comfortably swim in pool unless it’s hot outside and I wish we had budgeted to pay the $60/day gas heating fee.
