Good Location

This is a decent property, family friendly and close to the theme parks. Know before you go, they provide limited quantities of paper products and you can't use the hot tub after 10pm due to noise ordinace. You can hear the Disneyland fireworks from the house.

Worked out great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home fit perfectly for our needs. The location was great. It is about a 30 min walk to Disneyland entrance. The house could use some updates (some blinds broken, hot tub cover needs replacing, there was a major hole in the wall with plastic over it), but the beds were very comfortable, location felt safe and the house was clean. We would stay here again.
