We’ve stayed here frequently. We enjoy the property. Wish they would give a couple more breakfast options and move the pool time to at least to 10 pm. Otherwise, the staff is always great and our rooms are clean.

Love that there’s breakfast. Waffles n coffe but if you are on the go helps a lot. Clean rooms, very nice staff. You can watch the Disneyland fireworks over the balcony.

Room was clean, breakfast was fine but would have been nice to have some protein items such as peanut butter for the toast or bagel or boiled eggs. It was an easy 20-25 minute walk to Disneyland. I would stay here again.

This is the 5th time we have stayed here and loved it every time. Check in is easy and they let us check in a little bit early this last time. Also a wonderful surprise happened. We left Disney Land a little early because we were tired. Little did we know, you can see the firework show from the hotel. It was something special and glad we know that now for next time!

We stayed in the motel. Typical set up. Room, lobby, and grounds were well maintained for being such an old property. Staff very nice. Please note that while they offer a “free breakfast,” it’s important to note that there was NO protein. Waffles, bagged pastries, cereal, and bread are not diabetic friendly! I wasn’t able to partake. The coffee was mediocre with powdered cream. (I used the cereal milk.) Also after breakfast the coffee goes away as does the water bottle refill station. If nothing else, the water should always be available.

My room was great—very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, my brother's room was much smaller and had a strong moldy smell. The staff did replace the air conditioner filter, which helped quite a bit. Overall, I was very happy with my room, but if I had been assigned my brother's room, I would have been disappointed. It really seems to depend on which room you get.

​Pros: The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is literally just a block away from Disneyland, making walking to and from the parks super quick and easy—no need to worry about shuttle schedules or parking hassle. ​Cons: Unfortunately, the location was the only positive part of our stay. The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. The carpets were super filthy and visibly dirty. Worse, we found roaches in our room, and my son actually had to kill one during our stay. ​ Overall: While being so close to Disney is convenient, basic hygiene and pest control should be a top priority. We won't be returning unless they make serious improvements to their cleaning standards
