Wonderful place for our group.

We enjoyed the accommodations very much our dog and nephew both enjoyed the back yard. The pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Ideal Home for Family Disneyland Holiday

We had an excellent stay in the home, which was an easy walk to Downtown Disney and the two Anaheim parks. We were impresed with the welcoming and comfortable feel of the home and it was one of the best provisioned homes we have stayed at, with plenty of plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, soaps, shampoos and toilet paper. The home was also set-up and ideal for a large family

Excellent option close to Disney and convention center

This house was exactly as described and fit our group of coaches attending a convention really well. It would also be excellent for families. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and the customer service was top notch. I’d be back for sure and definitely recommend it.

Wonderful place to be when visiting Disney

The property is as good as advertised! It is not walking distance for little kids from the park but is less than a 5min drive. Having the private pool and large house makes it a wonderful break from the park.

Hidden Gem

Every part of our booking and stay were so wonderful. There was so much room for Everton sleep and relax. We spent part of our stay at Disney and it was a quick commute for the littles at bed time, allowing some of our group to enjoy the later evenings at the Park. The place was spotless and had great baby gear for the littlest of the family we enjoyed the common space to hang out and the spa was wonderful after a full day of walking/carrying the littles. Definitely recommend this property 10/10.

Christmas at Disneyland

This house was perfect for our extended family holiday vacation. With so many rooms, bunk beds, and roll away beds the sleeping configurations were endless. Communication with the manager was easy. 100% recommend.

Excellent floor plan for large family

Home is clean, comfortable and well stocked. We really enjoyed the the pool and spa. Catching shuttle to Disney Land is only a few minutes drive. Back bedrooms are warmer that the rest of the home even with A/C, but floor fans are available. We would definitely stay at this home again. Fun family vacation!

Grand kids first trip to Disney

House was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Had planned on going out to dinner most nights, but decided to stay in because the kids didn’t want to leave the house. Loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend recommended

Great stay for family of adults for Disneyland

Went to Disney for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Property was perfect for 3 couples to stay comfortably, each with our own private bathroom. Way larger than we expected. Pool and hot tub were perfect in the afternoon after the parks. Property manager had great communication and extremely responsive to any questions we had. We will be back!

Amazing!

This was the cleanest most amazing house we’ve ever rented and we do this every year as a family of 13 people. The beds are comfy and the house is split nicely, the pool was gorgeous, neighborhood is safe, quiet and well-maintained. They had everything we needed and were very responsive for any questions we had. There were plenty of towels and amenities and check in and check out were super easy. We highly recommend staying here! We felt safe and had a fantastic time with my elderly parents, teenagers and even my 3 year old nephew! It was a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Entire family vacation

Myself, wife, and daughter were joined by my wife's entire family, 13 all together. The house was even better than the pictures showed which is a rarity when renting homes. The house was clean and had everything we could imagine, down to the pack and play for our daughter. They were accommodating to our last minute guest list change, and reached out periodically to ensure all our needs were met. I would absolutely rent here again. Don't miss out! The pool and Hot tub were awesome place to replace and allow the kids to play. The neighborhood is nice and there is a park within 5 minutes of walking.

Spacious, Immaculate, and Well-Managed Family Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO house rental! The property was immaculate and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 10 with room to spare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the home had been thoughtfully prepared, with updated amenities, modern appliances, and a convenient laundry area that made our stay so comfortable.The location was ideal—conveniently close to both Orange County and Los Angeles, making day trips a breeze. We especially appreciated the responsive management, who went above and beyond to assist us, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Additionally, the house had helpful written notes and instructions throughout, making it easy to settle in and use everything without any confusion.One small note: we traveled with two 80-year-old grandparents, one of whom uses a wheelchair and cane. There were a few areas with minor floor transition molding and small steps down in shared spaces. The house isn’t advertised as accessible, nor did we inquire about accessibility prior to booking, so this definitely wasn’t an issue or a concern, just something to keep in mind for those who may have similar needs.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect setting for our holiday gathering, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Best of all worlds

I've been using Vrbo since it was HomeAway and have rented many homes which to the most part met my expectations. This home however exceeded my expectations in some areas. The first thing I noticed was that the home was exceptionally clean. It also had many amenities that made you feel like you were in your own home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything from cookware and dishware but what impressed me was that it had a decent amount of seasonings and they even provided some snacks like oatmeal and popcorn which was a nice touch. The bathrooms even provided some shampoo and soap if needed. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows and covers. The back yard with the pool and spa was fantastic. There was a 10:00 PM curfew which was understandable since the home is located in a nice residential neighborhood. However this was not a problem since there was plenty of room inside the home for entertainment into later hours. The location is perfect if you are visiting Disney Land. It cost approximately $8.00 for an Uber to get to the park. It was also close enough to some nice beaches like Huntington and Laguna. Lastly I'd like to say that communication with the management team was the best I have ever had. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. They even found some items that were left behind and stayed in contact me with instructions on how to retrieve them. Thank you Tom, Kimberly, Tim and everyone else.

Our stay was great! We had a family of 9 and there was more than enough space for all of us. We were able to walk to downtown Disney and spend the day there. The pool and game room were great to have. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful House, easy access to Disney

Great house for a large group. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Had some trouble with the hottub, and the house management was very responsive and incredibly helpful. Exactly what we needed.
