This home is also conveniently close to a number of other area attractions including parks, golf courses, and the House of Blues Anaheim. Enter this home into the open floor plan of the front dining area which leads to the fully furnished, modern kitchen with everything you need to host a wonderful meal. The open layout leads into the comfortable family room, with plush seating and a large TV. From there step into the private, enclosed backyard with a BBQ, picnic table, and a shaded hot tub for all to enjoy! Access to the private, two-car garage is right outside off the patio as well. There are four bedrooms total in this fantastic home. The main bedroom features a comfortable bed, futon, and dual closets. There is a full-sized en-suite bathroom which can be accessed from the bedroom hallway as well. Next is the first guest bedroom with a large TV and closet. The next bedroom over has bunk beds, plus an additional bed. This room also features a TV and a large closet. The last bedroom also features a TV. THINGS TO KNOW The house is family-friendly with the gated front and back yards, a Pack-n-Play, toys, beach toys, books, and boogie boards provided. Please note that the fireplace is non-operational. Hot tub was extra nice for the sore muscles from walking around Disney all day. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us, very comfortable beds and couches, big kitchen, walking distance to restaurants and the best part was it is so close to Disney.. just 3 turns down the street and you are at Pixar Parking! The good things: location was great, we walked to Anaheim Packing District and never had problems finding parking at the house. The hot tub was a great place for the group to relax. The beds were comfortable and plentiful. Very close to Disney, you can hear the fireworks every night. The bad things: Many of the pieces of furniture in the house were wobbly, the light in the fridge flickered (was the fridge possessed by a ghost? Definitely needed a seizure warning), there were weird brown stains on the wall of one of the showers, the tub had cracks in the bottom, one of the showers could only be comfortably used by anyone under 5 feet, the couch was dirty and had a piece of candy stuck in between the armrest and the seat cushion, one of the bed covers had a mysterious stain on it, and each bathroom only had hotel sized toiletries provided. Would recommend renting this house if you don't plan on spending a lot of time there and need to have a home base. Was adequate for the price, but we wish we got a slightly nicer place for more money. Bring your own soaps! There's not enough provided for the group. ##### Sandi M. We brought a toddle and the home surprisingly had a crib which was much better than the playpen we had planned. The home was clean and inviting. The only issue we had with the home was one of the bathrooms, the light was controlled by a sensor which made the light turn off every few minutes which was frustrating while we showered. It was frustrating and my only recommendation for them to fix that. Our AC was limited to a certain degree, Not enough toilet paper, shampoo was provided but just a little travel size one for 5 days. Bunk beds only suitable for little kids. Bunk bed ladder was not in good condition-bottom step broke. Dresser drawers in bedroom were in closet with no dresser. Sheets in one bedroom had stain-leading to questionable cleaning processes. Sewage smell in second bathroom; drainage issues in baths. The hot tub was nice. The electric outlet on the back wall in the dining room (against bedroom wall) was not working. Ease with management (Vacasa). Property caretaker (Taz) gave contact in case of emergency. Overall excellence. Last VRBO we stayed at managed by Ladonna Franke was an uncomfortable experience. She had people watching us (literally parked outside the house) the entire duration of our vacation. We also had a LONG (1 full page) list of items to attend to before we left. It included taking out the garbage on garbage day. But, she had no problem sending the yardman to wake us up in the morning by cutting the grass. ##### Opal P. Until the second night. Our kids went to shower and when it was our turn, the floor was completely wet. Only to notice that the bath tub was half full with murky water. The toilet looked like it was over flowing( in both bathrooms) and in the sinks too. Secondly, the ant infestation. So gross. Hundreds by the thousands in the master bedroom bathroom, bed, ceiling. Also in the living room everywhere. Third, the customer service sucks so bad. She could have not been anymore not helpful, uncompassionate. She said “ I can’t help you, so just take the $50 credit and deal with it for now. You only have a couple days left” NO! that’s not how you deal with problems. Get a plumber.
