This was a great location and close to Disneyland. We didn’t have any major issues with the property and communicated with the property owner. This was a clean and well maintained property. We would definitely stay here again! Super easy ingress/egress and great parking!

The condo is in the perfect location to walk to Disney! A huge plus! Overall very nice but needs a good deep clean. Corners, baseboards, under sinks in bathrooms, upstairs bathroom shower and tub all need a deep cleaning. The outside porch had weeds and leaves but it rained so in the end it didn’t matter.
The coffee maker broke but we were able to get another one quickly! Overall very nice! Would stay again!
Our stay was great. Place is as advertised. Clean, lots of room, extremely well stocked. Great and I mean Great location. Easy walk to Disney and very quiet location. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
It was a very easy check in process and the host was always available and answered all of our questions. The property was clean and a short distance to the park! We came with our kids (ages 4-11) and there was plenty of space for us. Park was close enough for us to go back and forth throughout the day.
This property was exactly what we were looking for! Lots of space and close to Disneyland... and it was comfortable also! The beds and couches were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Even though we didn't prepare meals there, it would have been easy to do so. There were enough bathrooms for everyone without anyone fighting and the outdoor space was really peaceful. We could even see the fireworks from Disneyland from the patio! We would definitely choose this rental to stay at again.

5min walk to tram or Downtown Disney which we found to be the better option. Younger kids loved the bunk beds. Adult beds were very comfortable. Property is a little dated but well kept and well stocked with essentials. Great value overall.
My family of 6 (4 kids ages 6 - 12) loved this place. Lots of space, clean and functional. A very short easy walk to the Disney parking shuttle. Host was very responsive to messages. We did not use the pool, but only due to lack of time in our busy schedule. Would 100% stay again.
The building is dated on the outside (built in the 70's), but very well maintained on the inside. There was no surprises and the location was awesome for Disneyland access. Cheryl was very helpful with everything including arranging for someone to be there for us to have groceries delivered.

Treated grandkids and their parents to 3 days at Disneyland Resort. Found this property across from the resort and decided to rent it. The availability of a condo with full kitchen and bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests was too good to pass up. The flexibility of preparing meals versus buying was a key selling point as was the location. The amenities afforded by the complex were top notch. Kids enjoyed the playground and the kiddie pool. Host was very good at communicating with us and was available if any issues arose. She kept us informed from the day we signed the rental agreement up to and including the day of departure. We will definitely consider this property for any future visits to the Anaheim area.
We stayed at this property when we came to visit Disneyland. We stayed three nights. The location is amazing. We could easily walk to the Disney parks. Checking in and out was simple. The townhouse was comfortable for two adults and one child. We all had our own bedrooms. Overall the townhouse was decorated nicely and clean. I am a little over the top about cleanliness so there were a few things that bothered me but nothing significant. It was a very nice place to stay.
Property was clean, and exactly what we needed: a comfortable place to eat and sleep when we were not at Disneyland. The property owner was very responsive and helpful if I had questions.
This property is a pretty short walk to the Disneyland Tram. That was super helpful because we didn’t need to pay for Disneyland parking.
Comfortable beds, and all the dishes and utensils we needed to prepare food and snacks to bring to Disneyland.
My wife and I stayed with our 5 kids, ages 13-17. Plenty of sleeping space for all of them.

The property manager was very responsive prior to arrival, even authorizing an early check in because of our flights. She was also responsive to emails about logistics while we were at the residence.
The location was good and within the advertised walking distance to Downtown Disney or the Tram at the Parkade. The residence was clean with basic amenities and enough space for our party of 4 adults and 4 children.
Overall, the residence was a good base of operations for our busy Disneyland trip. It gave us a comfortable place to rest, recharge and make meals.
We picked this property due to close proximity to Disneyland. We had 7 people total. Due to the age of our kids it worked well as some of them like sharing beds, but if your kids are older not sure it has enough beds. Beds were good, we've stayed in many other places where I couldn't stay in the master due to how poor the beds were. Had what we needed for cooking and having a crock pot was great. Walk to Disney was about 25 minutes, but if you take the tram you can cut that amount by half. We didn't realize there was a tram you could do to autotopia until the last day.
Overall one of the better places we have stayed and would do it again.
