Had some issues with the shower in the guest bathroom but the property manager was quick to help and solved the problem right away. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfortable. Worked great for us. Some people may need a remodel on the kitchen if they are picky. Got to see fireworks from Disney in the evening. The playground equipment was covered in cat poop and spider webs. The kitchen was lacking many needed things to complete meals. The barbecue had no gas or wouldn’t light. The majority of the clean towels were left in the dryer so we didn’t know they were there until the night we were preparing to leave. The kids had their own space and adults had their own space which worked well for our size group. Nice kitchen and enough bathrooms. The set up of the house is fine. If you have close to the max number of people it is a bit short on bathrooms. The internet said that there was shampoo and body wash, but there was not so we had to add a trip to the store.
