This house was perfect for us. Everything a family could need was here. Our 11- and 18-year-old grandsons loved the Xbox in their room. We played pool un the evenings. The hot tub was a blessing to our aching feet and muscles after long park days. And the pool was cool and refreshing when we took a mid-day break.The kitchen was well-appointed. Everything was clean. (We didn't need them, but there were cribs, high chairs and strollers.)We walked to Disneyland the first day, about a 25-minute walk. That didn't seem bad in the morning, but after a day in the park it felt impossible. We took the tram back to the Mickey and Friends parking lot and walked from there, which helped. While we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house other than to sleep (because we were at Disneyland and California Adventure the three days we stayed), the beds were great after long days on our feet at the parks. We LOVED how close and easy of a walk it was to Disney tram. We traveled with our adult children, and there was plenty of space for the seven of us. My kids brought their partners and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom. It was an easy Uber ride which saved us money from parking. We made breakfast in the morning to save us a meal at the park. The house was more than enough room for all of us. Not too bad as far as distance to Downtown Disney. Roger is a great host with great communication. Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly.
