A perfect stay!

Clean, beautiful home, super close to Disneyland. Our whole family loved staying here and the kids didn’t want to leave. They loved running around the large backyard and playing pool! Will definitely book again in the future.

Traveled to Disney with 5 adults and a 5 year old. The house is perfect proximity to the parks for an active family…a short 15-20 minute walk right to the entrances. The house provided plenty of space for all of us to have our own beds and the three bathrooms were a plus. There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms were clean and nice. All of the tvs worked well. The kitchen and living area was spacious and although we did not use the backyard area, it is large and well kept. There were plenty of dishes and cups, and pots and pans for cooking. A few negatives for me…the house has an odd odor, possibly mildew from the rugs? Not sure. The pillows on the couch and a few on the beds also smelled like body odor/mildew and need to be replaced. The overhead light in the kitchen is broken which makes it seem very dark while trying to cook. The dishwasher is literally tipping out of the counter when you open it. These things could use some attention. Overall, a great family vacation. Thank you.

What a disappointment…

Maybe I had high expectations because the majority of the reviews are 10/10 Excellent. So I went in thinking this will be an Excellent home for my family of 7 (6 adults, 1 infant). The first red flag was when I had to ask again to be sure a pack n play would be in the home and I was originally told before I booked the home one would be there to use, I was then told after booking there was a fee. Pros:Waived pack n play fee after disputingLocation was very convenient for us including a short walk to DisneyWe didn’t have to put garbage cans out or bring them in as instructed to doBeautiful lemon tree with very large lemonsCons:No hot water on arrival- had to text the owner several times and when no response after 2 hours I asked if I needed to make other arrangements for our stay-received a response and handyman was there within an hourBatteries missing in smoke detector in bunk bed roomHouse is dirty- needs a deep clean, badlyBlankets & sheets on all of the beds were dirtyBeds are not comfortable Bugs in cups in cupboard Every dish we pulled out to use was dirtyDishwasher is not anchoredMusty smell in housePillows on couch smell like B.O.Majority of outlets in house don’t work or are looseWalked in to a broom and squeegee in the entry wayDirty sheets left on kitchen floorMold on bathroom ceilingBBQ Grill does not work-gas tank empty?I’m a travel agent and would never recommend this house to a client. The dishwasher needs descaled. Did not release the soap so dishes were not washed properly. Hall bathroom shower does not work properly and sink does not have hot water. Refrigerator filter needs changed. Old food was not cleared out. For the price would have been nice to have stocked coffee. We loved the area and the lemon tree!

Happy family

We are a family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom house was perfect for our family of 9 people. We stayed 3 nights. The house is about 1 mile from Disneyland and we took Lyfts to and from the park. Angie, the manager, was very responsive. I only had to call her one time about the light in the patio that was not working. She told me that the heavy rains affected the light. The kids played pool in the daytime. Here are a few things that I would like to call attention to. 1. Patio light above billiard table doesn’t work. 2. The shower in the 2nd bedroom needs a plumber to look at. Sometimes there’s no hot water and other times it was fine. . 3. We know it would be a huge undertaking to have more wall plugs. It was a problem charging our devices as 8 of us had iPads Or iPhones and there were not enough plugs. Maybe the owner could have extension cords available and it would take care of the problem. Here are some positive things. 1. The kitchen was fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, lots of dinnerware, silverware. We left the house early in the morning and got back late. We just had simple food for breakfast and did not cook. 2. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds with extra pillows, towels and blankets. 3. We loved the keyless lock on the front door so we didn’t have to worry about keys for entry. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Ray and Angie!

Amazing Spacious Home

The home is located in a great area for Disneyland. The yard is very spacious. Everything went smooth and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be back here again.

Great Anaheim Stay

From start to finish this was a great stay for the Disney Parks. The house is located about 20 minutes from parks, walking and about a 5 minute Uber or Cab ride. We enjoyed the nightly fireworks, pool table, comfy beds and the owner is fantastic. The neighbors are very friendly and it is in a very safe and lovely neighborhood. Disney visit

We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this comfy home so close to Disney. During our stay, some of our family were even able to walk to the Disney parks! The hosts were always quick to communicate. Our 3 generational family were able to stay comfortably with plenty of privacy for everyone. Softball stay

The property & management worked out great. It was a good location as we needed to travel each day for a softball tourney & was usually 30min or under to each place. We shared this Property with another family & was comfortable. The only suggestion I would make for the property is it needs some comfortable outdoor furniture to sit in. There was basically nothing to sit in and enjoy the backyard.

Outstanding place to stay

The home is very close to Disneyland, so much so that you can skip the fireworks at the park and watch them from the backyard. The house was very clean and well stocked up. Utensils were very g old quality. Ray and the property manager were very responsible and came to checkin on us at arrival. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Great place to stay with great management!

The house was very clean in a quite neighborhood. Easy access to Disneyland and multiple beaches. We could see the fireworks from Disneyland while in the backyard. Would stay here again on a return trip!

Location is good but poor management.

We were happy first time we stayed here couple of years back so came back for rhe second time. Management was very poor. Unclean house, pool and linen, broken dryer and microwave, no vacume cleaner, garrage door was broken when we came. Lade who was in-charge was uncourteous and rude. Did not accept our complain with good spirit. We will never come back again.
