It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two master bedrooms with ensuites, one cal-king bed, and one queen bed. Two additional children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom. Partial open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional seating located in the breakfast nook. The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and high-speed wireless internet. All bedrooms have 43' TVs. The home has central air and heat. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Access to the game room, which includes ping pong and a full-size pool table, is located through the queen master bedroom. Infants and toddlers can use strollers, a high chair, a pack n' play, and a booster seat. A full-size washer and dryer are also located in the garage. Off the living room, you have access to the rear yard, which includes an in-ground pool with outdoor seating, a covered patio, and a Natural Gas BBQ grill. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of six. Disney was within walking distance for us and the pool was refreshing after a long day! This property has it all! We walked in and felt like it was our home. They had everything from extra blankets, lots of towels dedicated for pool use, lots of places to sit and eat meals, and more. Super close to Disneyland and restaurants outside of Disneyland. They had an easy to use guide and their team communicated well when we had questions prior to our arrival. ##### Heidi R. Bedroom and bath arrangements worked perfectly with three teenagers and three adults. With a daughter in competitive soccer and another daughter in competitive swim, we stay at a LOT of homes. This is easily one of the nicest. Great location, easily walked to Disneyland one day.
