The staff was helpful, but the hotel was dirty. The vending machines were pretty much empty. The so called breakfast barely offered anything: box cereal with no milk. The back door was kept open with a rock despite needing to use your card to access. There were no ice machines and they did not have a cart to use when bringing your luggage to/from your car.

Hi Ms. Tammy, we apologize for any problems you have encountered during your stay with us. Unfortunately, we have a small staff that is working tirelessly to have the rooms ready for our guests and we failed to pay attention in regards to stocking up the vending machine during this busy week. As for our breakfast, we advertise it as a grab-and-go breakfast as we do not have a functioning kitchen that allows us to prepare freshly cooked breakfast. We also have milk available to pair with your cereal in our fridge to keep it fresh and encourage our guests to let us know if they need one so we can serve it to them. Our goal is to provide our guests with a meal to start their day. And in doing so we try to provide a guest a pre-packed meal that also will comply with the city regulations. Our ice machine is also located on our second floor near the elevator. We apologize if this was not addressed during your check-in. We also would like to address the issue regarding the middle door. Our guests' safety is our utmost priority and we apologize that you have to deal with this during your stay. Rest assured that we are already looking into this to prevent it from happening in the future. Nice location. Many food spots near, grocery stores, etc.Convenient and affordable. A lot of parking spots. Cons not a lot of outlets for charging your phones & they don’t supply those disposable hand soap.

The staff was great no issues there. The hot tub wasn’t hot. there’s only 1 ice machine on 2nd floor in case you’re looking. The AC in room seemed like the fan, low, and high all the same low. Parking lot could use a pick up. There were 4-5 kids, ages 6 and under running outside their room about 9pm still. If you’re just looking for a place to crash for the evening it’s fine, other than that can’t say much.

Rooms are renovated but not done with high quality. Our rooms sliding door for the restroom won’t close. Shower area had half done fixtures with tape covering a broken tile. Liked that it was closer to Disneyland. Breakfast is namesake.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in late but the staff were cheery as if it was the beginning of the day. I needed to clean the windshield of my rental car as it was streaky and hard to see. The staff were gracious to let me use their glass cleaner and a rag to get the job done. Check out was super easy. The actual accommodations were just adequate. The place is outdated. The carpet in the halls have some nasty looking stain spots. The shower head was too low for me and I am only 5' 8". I literally had to bend down to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The bed was comfortable for me. A good balance between soft and firm- somewhere in-between. I could hear voices and footsteps above. You get what you pay for. It was a good option for me as I did not want to spend to much but needed a place to get a good nights sleep.

We have booked via a 3rd party, hotels.com, the booking was for a suite for 5 people, the room had only 2 beds, and no couch. The elevator was broken, the carpet was stained, and the continental breakfast has cereal and a few pastries. The milk they provide was small cartons of skim milk.

According to your booking through Expedia, you booked for a two - queen size bed, and the room that has a couch is our suite. Unfortunately since you booked through Expedia, we don't have any control on your booking as they only send us what you book through them. We also gave you an option during your stay about cancelling your reservation due to this issue, but you chose to proceed with the reservation check-in. You mentioned in your expedia reservation that there are only going to be 4 people staying in your room but during your checked-in you mentioned that it was going to be for five people. We tried to still accommodate you by giving you a roll away bed. We're sorry for all the miscommunication and troubles you experienced during your stay. But again, unfortunately since you book the reservation through third party, we don't have any control with regards to changing the reservation. Please let us know if you have any other concerns. We are happy to help you thank you.

No water. Ants in next room. Just getting started!
There were maybe 10 cars in the parking lot out of a possible 100. So it’s not like they had a lot of work to do but check in time took forever (20 mins and no one else checking in. It was late and we were tired at 10:30 PM). Same with checkout time. Our room didn’t have any hot water. Let me correct that, a trickle came out of any faucet even the tub. So they had to Shift us to another room across the hall after we had already got in bed and unpacked. The next room only had lukewarm to warm water. There was also an ant running around on the furniture, and I also woke up with an ant on my knee in bed. The hotel looked very worn out, and in general was not very clean. It was sad. I could complain a lot more like how they had cold cereal for breakfast, but didn’t provide any milk? There were also a lot of homeless, living and sleeping on the street. I did not feel my car was safe at night, and I crossed my fingers that it would be. That’s a lot of stress that you don’t need when you pay so much money for a hotel room . We chose this hotel, because so many other hotels even more expensive ones near Disneyland (our destination) had very concerning bad reviews, especially concerning the area and homeless, etc. Well, now a representative view is being put on this site for this place to keep things fair. We were duped. Motel 6 is better and that’s not saying much.

The easiest way to get to Disneyland coming from our hotel is by taking the bus. The bus station is in front of our hotel so there is no hassle in walking to get there. In fairness they tried. The pics you see are accurate but dated. Their system was down only allowing for one key to share among 4 adults (and they never revisited the key issue)., no water bottles available, and the vending machines didn’t work, breakfast was packaged danishes, one pot of coffee. The room looks like picture but dates. Had to ask for towels, iron & ironing board. Rooms are spacious. Language barriers. Yet they tried to accommodate . The reason for my poor rating is because the hotel and its accommodations fell short. I felt like I had to do most of the work including finding things in the area I needed, and their lack of follow up and customer service. I ask to use the meeting room and I was told it was available but I had to reserve online, no problem, except online wouldn’t allow me to reserve. Front desk personnel were unable to answer basic questions about the hotel and surrounding areas and didn’t try to find answers. This is indeed a case of you get what you pay for.

Needed a place to stay for the NAMM convention. This was nearby, parking was free, and the breakfast bar was minimal, the self-service Quaker instant oatmeal packets, milk, banana, and green tea are exactly what I eat at home. Our crew thought the coffee was good too. wes

First time staying here. I was not happy with the hotel charging me for my stay when I checked in and not when I checked out. I was told they served breakfast and all they had was stale coffee, no creamer, packaged danishes and mini boxes of cereal. Cleanliness of hotel was average at best. No real amenities in the room. No coffee maker, old shower, No suitcase rack. Only mirrors were in the bathroom. Overall, I was very disappointed with the accommodations and will not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed with our two daughters, everything was good..room was clean ,affordable price and basic breakfast was good ,cereal with milk, they have coffee ,package bread and fruit .... They will ask you for a deposit of $100 we gave it on cash so there was not a problem on getting back right away because we were there only to sleep so room was in good conditions ...we will definitely stay again there when we go to Disneyland again ...

Our Ice machine may look like it takes coin to be able to operate but does not necessarily require it. The bucket just needed to be placed and the button to be pushed and it works without any coin. As per the room key, our door security system can be sensitive at times. We always advise our guest to make sure that the door handle is straight before tapping the card key. We sincerely apologize for this issue and we hope that we are able to clear up your concerns. It is a nice hotel. It is worth the price. Close to the parks. Lots of parking.
