This home has 2165 sq. ft. with 5 Bedrooms and 3 Baths and a PRIVATE Backyard Oasis with a large Swimming Pool, HotTub and Gathering Area. The home can sleep a maximum of 13 people (per Anaheim City Ordinance). Welcome to Mickey's Guest Home! We are close to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, shopping, and much more attractions. We have added custom Disney artwork and there is a key less entry into our home which allows for added security. About The Home: We are located in a quiet neighborhood close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, 3 fabulous beaches, The Anaheim Convention Center, shopping, and many more attractions/stores. This home has been recently remodeled and looks beautiful. We have spared no expense to make this home a wonderful and magical place to stay. We have added custom Disney artwork and other Disney decor, princess dress-up clothes, Two (2) XBox Ones, Disney toys, etc. to extend the magic after you leave the park and to keep your little ones (and big ones) busy. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The backyard has two gazebos for extra shade with a conversation patio set for socializing, a beautifully remodeled sparkling swimming pool, relaxing hot tub to soak in, a pretty rock waterfall, a deep end jumping rock and a super fun rock waterslide for the kids. We have a 2 car garage to park your vehicles in as well as 2 parking spaces in the driveway. There is a key less entry into our home which allows for added security and less hassle with keys. About The Home's Location: •Disneyland is super close. We are 1.6 miles from Disneyland and California Adventure. •The Anaheim Convention Center is super close (1.4 miles) •Beaches - 3 great beaches within 12-16 mile drive. •Huntington Beach (13 miles) •Newport Beach (16 miles) •Seal Beach (12 miles) •We are near lots of shopping, restaurants, parks and other recreational activities. •Our neighborhood is wonderful! We have oversized lots, mature trees/landscaping, clean and well kept larger yards and homes, extra wide street, and super friendly neighbors. •Since we are fairly close to most everything in Anaheim, most of our guests choose to Uber or Lyft to their destination because of its ease and affordability. Plenty of room for the whole family! There are so many sleeping options you'll want to bring cousins along or even another family to join you on your adventurous vacation. We have a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and includes a fresh set of Cotton sheets and unbelievably comfortable down comforters with Duvet covers to melt into while you fall fast asleep! Bedrooms - 5 Total: Three (3) King Bedrooms and One (1) Queen Bedroom: Each bedroom has a King/Queen sized bed that you can sleep comfortably in after a long and exciting day in the California sun! Enjoy custom Disney artwork, mirrored closets from floor to ceiling for all of your home away from home supplies and will store your newly purchased Disney gear. A dresser, night stands, lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fans, flat screen TV loaded with Netflix and DisneyPlus, and cotton sheets/duvet covers that will make your stay very comfortable. HUGE Kid's Bedroom: Check out these bunk beds!!! We have three (3) twin-over-full sized bunk beds with a twin trundle under each. This is a great asset if you have a big family like we do and cousins that we love to vacation with. All of your Mickey and Friends toys, princess dress-up clothes, Two (2) 60" flat screen TV's with Xbox Ones and Netflix and DisneyPlus, etc. come stocked in this room to entertain all of your little (and big) Disneyland fans. Additional Sleeping Accommodations: Two pack-and-plays. Bathrooms - 3 Total: We have two (2) bathrooms with a shower and one (1) bathroom with a tub to bathe the littlest guests. We provide bath towels, pool/beach towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Kitchen: Sit down to a great home cooked meal at our dining table or bar seating in game room (just off of the kitchen) with additional bar seats in living room or outside on the backyard patio. Our new cupboards and soft-closing drawers include all that you might need to fix up a delicious meal for your family. Appliances include all stainless steel: dishwasher, fridge with filtered water, four burner gas stove, 4 slice toaster, Keurig (K-cups and regular) coffee maker combo, waffle iron, crock pot and an electric griddle. We have granite countertops, travertine tile flooring, and recessed lighting. The kitchen also includes pots, pans, mixing bowls, plates, dishes, silverware, a spice rack, cookie sheets and muffin tins. Living Room: As you enter our home you will be greeted by custom Disney artwork, beautiful hardwood floors, a gas fireplace to relax by, a flat screen TV loaded with Spectrum cable, Netflix and DisneyPlus, wireless internet, and comfy seating for all to enjoy. Gameroom: There is a game room off of the kitchen that has foosball, a TV area to watch TV or choose from hundreds of Retro Games to play on our retro gaming system, or play board games on the bar tables. Backyard: Get your barbecue on with our BBQ Grill, gazebo covered patio dining set and conversation area. You will be able to enjoy our backyard paradise. Swim in the large sparkling private pool, slide down the rock waterslide, jump off the deep end jumping rock, bask in the California sun or soak in the hot tub to relax and unwind while listening to the beautiful sounds of the rock waterfall. Garage/Laundry: We have a two car garage for your vehicles and two parking spaces in the driveway. We have a washer and dryer that await your dirty clothes. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided during your stay. Added Amenities: We’ve added everything you can think of (and probably things you haven’t). This house is great for families with Children. There were 3 bunk beds in one room that all of the kids could stay in, That room alone could hold 7 kids, it has two large screen tv's with video games as well. There were 4 cutely decorated adult rooms. The pool was amazing as it was heated and it was lighted and had a water slide hooked onto it. The hot tub was so relaxing as well. There was a foos ball table too. 3 bathrooms as well. It was great for our Disney vacation as we only had to 10 min to Disneyland. ##### Jody W. This house was perfect for us we had a range of ages from 6 months to 65\. It was nice and close to Disney which we loved. The back yard was perfect. Pool was a huge hit for the kids. Kids' bunk room was great for kids and adults since the kids were occupied in that room much of the time we were in the house. The kids loved the house. We had an initial problem and the property manager was extremely responsive, which we really appreciated.Cons: The house was smaller than expected, and very tired. We actually used the kitchen for many of our meals. It lacked bowls and utensils that we needed, and the pots and pans were few, and quite beat up (scratched, loose handles, etc). If you are looking for a house that your kids will enjoy, and that is an easy commute to Disney, this is the place! ##### Jerome D. Takes about 10 min by car to Disneyland. Kids bunk room with dual Xboxes was large and fun game room. Quiet street, but close to Disney and the convention center. Good parking. Close grocery stores for stocking up. Not too close, not too far away. The house was immaculate and left us needing nothing more. We've stayed with this property manager before and all I can say is, it doesn't get much better than this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It was an awesome house and provided everything that we needed. It was even stocked with shampoos, soaps, kitchen supplies, strollers, pool toys, and more! The owner was wonderful in being flexible in meeting our needs. The pool was heated and the yard lovely. It was super close to the Disney parks in a very nice neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable and it was equipped with TVs and Xbox which was so fun for the kids! There was even princess dresses for my little girl to play dress up in. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in California close to Disney! ##### charla s. Four bedrooms with king/queen beds and a big bunk room with triple bunks, along with 3 bathrooms. The house is close to many of the area attractions, grocery stores, etc. There was plenty of 'common space' and a well stocked kitchen. The pool/hot tub were very nice. Could have used a few more chairs on the patio or a bigger table given the number of people the house accommodates. A few inside chairs had legs that were loose, bolts needed tightening. We didn't realize until after we booked that there were time restrictions (noise ordinance) in the city of Anaheim on when the pool/backyard could be used so that was a negative for the location. The house was just as described, plenty of room for our group of 11! The kids loved having the Xboxes and tvs to play games on in the bedroom and all the space they had in there along with the 3 bunk beds so they could all spread out but still feel as if it were a slumber party. The adults liked the kitchen which had everything we needed for cooking. There’s a grill outside so you can barbecue if you want. Grocery stores are nearby and easy to get to so you can get needed supplies. The pool is fantastic, water crystal clear and very inviting. The kids loved the water slide and I could’ve stayed in the pool all day. Beaches are nearby, we explored laguna beach. There are boogie boards and things available in the garage if you wanted to use those. There are also strollers if needed. We went to Disneyland, which was nearby. You could easily Uber there, we drove. Due to the Anaheim noise ordinance (which has nothing to do with the owners) we were a little worried about getting back to the house late at night, but tried to be as quiet as possible. We had a wonderful time and the owners thought of everything! We would definitely book this house again. Thanks for the great stay! ##### Dianna P. Plenty of bedrooms and great backyard with pool, hot tub, fire pit. Lots of toys and games for the kids. Only a mile to Disneyland and easy check-in and check-out. We couldn’t have picked a more wonderful place to stay while enjoying our Disney experience with our kids. Three families stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. The pool and slide were main attractions for the kids and provided hours of fun. The property manager was lovely to work with. Responsive and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The kitchen was well stocked, had lots of seating and even highchairs. The bedrooms were spacious with two night stands that had charging ports, comfy king size beds and a few pack n plays. The kids room was a hit with lots of room, games, 2 TVs and toys. The pool was beautiful. There were pool toys for the kids and lots of outdoor furniture to relax on. Excellent house, everything we needed was available. The strollers were a lifesaver for the theme parks. They helped with the kids and a carrier for snacks and drinks. We had a beach day and the coolers, chairs and boogie boards were perfect! The pool and everything else in the house was awesome. Kids loved the bunk beds. Adults loved the king size beds!
