Hotel ran out of shampoo, bath gel, hand gel for 3 days ! Asked housekeeping and was told vendor did not supply?? Is this the Hilton service?
Had to call for coffee, tea, sugar and milk to be refilled
But to be fair to the staff, their service was good and responsive.

The air-conditioning was very loud. There is no central airflow. The indoor unit is very loud, it is very difficult to sleep next to it. Also we were on the top floor near the elevator, it was very noisy, there was constant noise.

From the hotel cleanliness, to the extremely welcoming staff, to the endless child friendly amenities, we could not have asked for a better experience. Absolutely could not recommend this hotel more. A must stay in National Harbor!
