No traditional front desk but a kiosk, which a staff member assisted without being asked to and was completed in approx a minute. The rooms are clean with just enough size and amenities.     "The hotel is situated in a central position near shops and restaurants. The room was a bit small but I expect this in a city centre. There was a laundry room which was useful and they store baggage for you. The breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of choice and the room had nice views. The staff we encountered were all very professional, attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend to a friend."
