Very spacious flat and terrace. The beds were reasonably comfortable. There kitchen area is very basic and there were no soap, washing up liquid, sponges, drying rack/tea towels. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no conditioner. Had to clean the flat in the end with vacuum and cleaning utensils provided by reception, which only works for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. This was checked very quickly and efficiently.

Clean room, nice bar and good location. However the hotel bar was shut before midnight on a Saturday which was disappointing.
The pool is not included which is misleading. It has particular rules, swimming cap and professional swimwear must be worn and additional charge for guests. I tired to find information about the pool before we arrived. We could not use the facilities with the swimming costumes/shorts we had, we were advised to buy the suitable items at the pool.

No parking, Spa only for a fee and no reservation spots available, no snacks during the day available, no water/drinks available after 10pm. Nice hotel but bad service.

Place is in a sorry condition, as soon as you hit the stairs you notice a weird stench, the building is old, I can hear the neighbors every time they walk around or flush the toilet. It was very quiet when we stayed, but was absolutely lovey. I stayed with my three young children, and the staff that were on were very helpful. After a long drive from Provence, they were very attentive and sourced me a very important wine glass for my bottle I brought with me! :-)
