Fully renovated in 2022, Dolphins offers easy, relaxed, warm cosy living with all the mod cons. The living space is bright and airy, plenty of room for all the family to relax, including your canine companions. The property has modern gas central heating coordinated by an easy to use Nest thermostat. The bathroom is also underfloor heated for your comfort. There is a private garden which catches the afternoon sunshine and is secure for our canine friends to wander around. Drive electric?, then we also have an EV charger on the driveway for you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. Please note that while the property is single storey, there are steps outside to gain access to the front door. There is a sloped driveway that accommodates one car, and plenty of free on-street parking along the quiet cul-de-sac. There is also an EV charger for your use. Additional Information: When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.
