"This was a great spot for a multi-generational get together! We were close to Osceola's Pumpkin Express and Taylor Fall's Interstate Park. At the house we caught fish, built sand castles, threw rocks in the lake, played air hockey and board games. There was a lot of space for us to spread out! Tee was a responsive and helpful host. Thank you Tee!"

"My friends and I made the short drive up from the Cities for a weekend away and could not have been more pleased with our stay at Zach and Betsy’s home. The house itself was clean and spacious—everyone (two couples, two singles) had their own space if they needed a minute to themselves. The details—from ample linens and phone chargers in every room to the coffee maker and French press to the board games—were immaculate. I fully recommend The Gables for a getaway!"

"This riverfront property is exceptional. The feel of the place is cozy cabin with beautiful upgrades. You can tell the property manager cares about the “little things”. The kitchen is better equipped than most people’s home kitchens, the linens are very nice, and I loved the robes waiting for us in the primary bedroom! We enjoyed having a bonfire and looking out at the river in the evenings. Will definitely be back!"

"We had a lovely time. The house was comfortable and perfect for spending time in the kitchen and visiting with friends. The only complaint was the kitchen was pretty sparse, having some extra conveniences such as baking sheets, wine glasses, plastic wrap and tin foil would have be really nice. Also the kitchen faucet sprays all over the place which was annoying, but not the end of the world."

"Our family gathered at this Great Lake home and had the most wonderful time! The cabin is set up great-the kitchen is stocked with what we needed, there’s fun board games, the deck space was phenomenal, the sunroom our favorite spot. The deck was fantastic too! Fun beach area for our littles and the lake is peaceful and so pretty. Great spot for grilling and fantastic grill! Comfy beds! Highly recommend!"

"Pleasantly situated on a calm lake, immaculate, comfortable, well appointed kitchen and kayaks and paddle boat available. We chose to sit on the dock, read, watch the fish swimming under us and the families of Canadian geese families parade by. A must for bird watchers, too. A special bonus were the smart tvs so we could watch Eurovision!"

"We gathered with our adult children and grandkids for the weekend and all enjoyed this home so much as there were spaces for all to gather and then quiet spaces when needed too. The home was close to good state park trails that were enjoyed for hikes during the day, and then back home where the fire pit and grill were enjoyed on Saturday night. We were very happy with this VBRO experience."

"We were looking for a nice cozy cabin to spend a weekend away from the world for a bit and this place was perfect. The atmosphere was excellent, the weather was stormy for a stay-cation away from home. Communication with the host was excellent, everything went well. I think our favorite memory of the cabin was enjoying a beer cheese soup lunch in heavy rain out on the covered patio during the afternoon's thunder and lightning."
