Also the check-in process was super long and the staff was slow with the customer in front of us. Overall experience was disappointing. "

"Horrible sanitary conditions. Bathroom light fixture full of dead bugs, the smoke detector was inoperative and covered with plastic, and several bulbs were missing from the fixtures. Black mold in bathroom and carpet was stained and worn. Additionally, they charged me $150 security deposit and have not returned my deposit. This place is horrible and the owners are dishonest and not to be trusted."
