There is an open plan living-dining-kitchen on the ground floor, with a utility room at the back with access to the rear yard and outside seating to enjoy in finer weather. The utility room is ideal for storing walking boots and damp coats. The kitchen is well appointed and includes everything you need to cater for your family or group of friends. Cleaned to a high standard, aesthetically beautiful, very spacious. Location 10/10\. Really want to come back again! Do not hesitate to book! Visited with my husband and one year old. One year old couldn't get enough with going up and down the stairs for fun! Kitchen and lounge are joined which is really nice if you want to cook and have your eye on the little one. Just beautiful.
