With a stay at Fairfield Cottage, you’re never far from the action. With a delightful living room with a range of easy seating, TV with FreeSat and gas fireplace. Through to a modern kitchen with dining table for six. The cosy wood burning stove provides a lovely backdrop and plenty of warmth after a day of adventure. On the first floor you’ll find a good sized bedroom with a kingsize bed, quality furnishings, and views to the front. The contemporary bathroom is an excellent size and offers a freestanding bath, perfect for soaking those aching muscles after walking on the fells, a large separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail. The second floor houses the second and third bedrooms, one with a comfortable king size bed, the other has full size twin beds. At the rear, you’ll find a delightful, multi-level garden, with several steps to a raised patio and seating area. It’s ideal for soaking up the afternoon sun and enjoying a glass of wine or a well-earned beer! This property feels very homely from the moment you arrive but there’s so much to explore on your doorstep. We had a fantastic, cosy weekend stay at Fairfield cottage.It’s in a fab location with great views and just a short walk into the town.The kitchen is a great size and well stocked with the all the pots, pans & utensils you could need. The dining area also a nice space with log burner and large smart TV - made for some cosy evenings! The bedrooms are a good size and such comfy beds. There was also plenty of towels provided. The cottage was very clean when we arrived also.
