Daw Bank in the lovely Langdale Valley Introduction Daw Bank is a charming Lakeland stone end-terrace cottage, dating back to the 1890s and lying in the heart of Chapel Stile, in the magnificent Great Langdale Valley. This cosy cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms and has been beautifully renovated with the addition of double glazing, central heating and the installation of a welcoming wood burning stove. Chapel Stile is the main village in Great Langdale and has a nearby pub and a well-stocked Co-op store which is open 7 days a week 9-5. In summer you can book a carriage down to Waterhead where are variety of lake cruises are available.
