About this property

Maison au Calme

  • Ideally located in the heart of the Livradois Forez Natural Park, this small and very bright house, not overlooked, is located less than 5 minutes by car from the local shops of the town of Ambert.
    You can take advantage of your stay to discover our beautiful region and its regional products.

    The house consists upstairs:
    - a large, bright living room, with TV, Internet, a convertible sofa bed, plenty of storage space
    - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
    - a bathroom refurbished 1 year ago with a large shower, toilet and sink
    - a fitted and well-equipped kitchen
    On the ground floor there is a garage and a laundry area with water point and washing machine.
    You can also enjoy an enclosed terrace area and a fenced garden. You have at your disposal garden furniture for 4, a table and two chairs for outdoor dining as well as two sun loungers and a barbecue.

    Parking in front of the house is free.
    The house is semi-detached with another secondary accommodation belonging to a lady who comes one week a year, usually in August.
    For your welcome, we will make ourselves available to answer your questions as best as possible and to present our region and its assets to you if you wish. We live less than 10 minutes from the house and will remain at your disposal. If we are not available, a key box is at your disposal.

    Cleaning is to be done at the end of your stay and is not included in the rental price. If you do not wish to do so, you must plan for an extra charge of 40 euros.

    Sheets can also be provided. The price is 10 euros per set of sheets (2 pillowcases, a sheet, a fitted sheet and a duvet cover)

Hôtes très accueillants, hébergement propre, avec une magnifique vue sur la nature, tout en n’étant qu’à 2 min en voiture d’Ambert. La cuisine est très bien équipée, que ce soit en ustensiles, en appareils électriques ou en produits de base (sel, poivre, herbes, huile, tisanes, etc). Le chauffage est très efficace et fonctionne avec thermostat, ce qui est bien pratique si on veut le baisser la nuit. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande !
