Room was ok. No microwave available anywhere in hotel. Shower was not draining well. Ankle deep water. Told desk who seemed unconcerned. Problem never fixed. Otherwise ok. Casino was nice. Food at bar/grille was good.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,009 reviews)
I have stayed here many times. This was the first time the bathroom was not cleaned, there was shaven hair in the sink and it was dirty. There was only one towel, no washcloth, or bath mat. I told Michelle and she came and cleaned the bathroom, brought everything that was missing. Everything was ok. Wished they would do better for breakfast.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (596 reviews)
We only stayed for one night but the obvious difference between Holiday Inn and the other hotel we stayed at on the first night of our trip, were like night & day. The minute you walk in you smell a nice clean scent. Some may think it's a cleaning product, but I don't think so. It is also apparent in the room so might be diffused in somehow. Our room was spotless, the free breakfast was very welcome & I felt the room was very spacious and well laid out. I was very pleased with our stay & if we head back to that area again, I will book with HI Express.

7.2/10 Good! (3,121 reviews)
"Our reservation was cancelled by this hotel one week out from our reservation that we had booked months in advance. This was due to them “over booking” the hotel, but then cancelling caused us to find another hotel last minute for 3x the price we had originally paid. Would highly recommend checking ..."
