"Truly enjoyed our stay at Uiara. Great location, getting there and coming back was taken care by the hotel. Lot of food options and activities were so much fun. Special shoutout to our guide Luis who made the whole exp so wonderful. Our daughter loved the resort too and totally enjoyed it. "It was amazing to go and stay there. Once in a lifetime. The showers only had cold water but during the hot days they were perfect. You get very close to the wild life, we even had a tarantula in our room. Definitely worth experiencing "

"The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. The hotel does not look at all like the photos. They are very old as the hotel is not updated. The old style tube TV is indicative of the condition of the hotel. Internet did not work in the rooms and worked moderately in the lobby. Location in middle of Cento Market which is great in the day, but unsafe after dark. The hotel entrance is kept locked at all times. We were the only tourists in the 115 room hotel.
