"Room appeared clean but found lots of hair on the floor which was unpleasant to find. Bed was comfy! Staff were pleasant, food was ok, pool area was tidy, had to ask for pool towels twice and our wake up call came on time. "

"The service at check-in and generally at the reception is really bad, usually lots of people with issues and only one staff member. Breakfast buffet is good. The rooms usually have something missing be it towels, remote control for a/c, blanket among others. No safes in the room!!!!"

"The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. The rooftop pool was fun. A little far from the airport and downtown but a nice place to stay prior to leaving town for a tour of the Amazon."

"Small and friendly place. We arrived 5am and they allowed us to use their facilities and then store our bags until we could check in later in the morning. Area around the hotel is very easy to walk around and navigate."
