The best time to go to Amazon Bay is during the dry season, which runs from May to November. This period typically offers more sunshine and less rainfall, making it ideal for enjoying outdoor activities and exploring the natural beauty of the region. The seas are generally calmer during these months, which is superb for boat trips, snorkelling, and diving. For those interested in cultural experiences, local festivals and events are often scheduled to coincide with the more favourable weather. While the wet season from December to April brings lush greenery and fewer visitors, it also comes with higher humidity and a greater chance of rain, which can sometimes disrupt travel plans or limit access to certain areas.
