THIS 4 BEDROOM HOUSE, FAMILY OWNED SINCE 1987, IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 900 FEET FROM A SPECTACULAR OCEAN BEACH (SEE PHOTOS). THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IT IS ON ON THE RENTAL MARKET. IT HAS A LARGE FAMILY ROOM WITH WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE AND A WET BAR, AN EIK AND A SEPARATE DINING ROOM; A SPACIOUS WRAP-AROUND SECOND STORY DECK WITH A WEBER GRILL AND AN OUTDOOR SHOWER. THE FAMOUS "LOBSTER ROLL" RESTAURANT ("LUNCH") IS A 4-MINUTE WALK AWAY.
