Staff was so kind and accommodating! The space is magical and everything you’d want from the Quarter! Beautiful courtyard and pool. A little tricky to find the entrance upon arrival, but charming nonetheless!

I stayed in a suite at the Pontchartrain hotel Hotel over the Easter weekend and the room itself was excellent-spacious, comfortable and full of character. It was definitely the highlight of the stay.
Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the room. Staff came across as distracted and not particularly courteous. It often felt like guests were an afterthought. which took away from the overall experience.
I also reached out to customer service after my stay and never received a response, which was disappointing and reinforced the lack of attentiveness.
For the price I expected a higher level of hospitality. Honestly your money might be better spent on a VRBO or similar rental in the Garden District where you'll likely receive more attentive service and a better overall experience.
