"We loved our stay so much! The house is quaint and cozy. It felt welcoming and we never had to question where things were or information like how to get to the beach, where the bikes are etc. Everything was clearly described to us in the binder and Jason was super responsive (quickly too which is so nice when on vacations). We loved having quick access to the beach and likely won’t stay anywhere else while visiting 30A. It’s the perfect location where you don’t feel in the heart of the crazy busy areas but also still such a short bike ride to Alys and everywhere we wanted to go. Also sidenote, it was great having such updated and nice appliances. Overall, we loved our stay and are excited to come back again!"

"The house was perfect for our annual beach vacation. The accomodations were perfect and the kitchen is very well supplied with all of the necessities. The couple of issues we had were handled right of way with the owner, Troy. He always got back in touch with me within minutes. It is located minutes from the beach access and the owner supplies many chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. I would highly recommend this home."

"This house was exactly as shown in pictures. Clean and well equipped. No issues at all. Would absolutely recommend. Pool area was pretty big and even though there was a lot of people, it didn’t feel crowded. Bikes were a charm. The house was a beauty. 20/10.The only thing that didn’t work for us was the private beach access. There was a tram that took us to the access point but it was really crowded. They didn’t even have any available umbrellas to rent. We had to go to a public beach and hunt for parking spaces for several minutes because the access through Seacrest property was impossible. I would recommend just plan on getting to the beach early in the morning to find a good spot because it gets full before noon, specially on weekends."

"This townhome was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. The ocean view was amazing, but our favorite part was probably the beach access & set up. It's just steps from the back patio to the shared beach stairs. It was quite a few steps, but not as bad as it looked. Then our 2 chairs and umbrella were set up and ready for us every day right at the bottom of the stairs. That's pretty hard to beat! The beach itself was fairly quiet and relaxing. This is not one of those places that's loud and crazy, and you are fighting for a spot in the sand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again as everything went very smoothly."

"The condo was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The toilet was an issue when we got there but we contacted the host and they came right out and fixed. The ice maker stopped working on our last day or it never worked and was just filled-we are not sure. The view is nice and you can see the ocean but you cannot see the beach or the sunset as the condo next door blocks it. We had great weather and an awesome sandbar. We rented chairs from Jake’s for the week. Great access to beach. Would come again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Beach Daze for a week with the family and dog. The property is in an amazing location right off 30A and within a block of the public beach access. The house itself was comfortable; however, there are a few things we wish were updated/changed. The primary bed was uncomfortable and the frame itself was not sturdy. The showers had great water pressure; however, the shower head could have used an upgrade to change the style for the water coming out and the drains were clogged and would backup within moments of starting your shower. The living room was extremely comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen was open and easy to move around while cooking. Overall it was a great home... just a few things needs to be updated or changed to take it to the next level. Location is A+ and great for beach access, bike rides along the trail, and going to nearby communities."
