"$75 fee for the “pet friendly” hotel and your dog isn’t even allowed to just lay in the pool area. Outside access to your room, no personal balcony. 1 elevator that was useful that seems like it’s about to break down. We had to ask for more trash bags and towels, rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay."

"I want to start off by saying we were so excited to stay here! You arrival we went into the bathroom everything look great I dropped an earring and bent down and inter the sink was a HUGE cockroach. I let the front know down stairs and they did come a clean it up. We didn’t have enough wash clothes there were 2 so my daughter called down to request more and the man at the front desk was obviously put out and was very unfriendly- this occurred in several of our interactions with staff. The towels had hair on almost all of them once delivered. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly. We were then ridiculed while leaving for pulling our truck out ourselves. I felt so bad for the other valet who gave us the key to load our belongings he was drug over the coals as well for it. It was not handled appropriately. We will not be staying at the Blossom Hotel ever again unfortunately. Over all I would the Hotel is beautiful, but the atmosphere is uncomfortable and unfriendly it was disappointing."

"This location has a little game area for kids (and adults!). Good breakfast choices, although not if you have any gluten allergies. The only complaint with breakfast was the scrambled eggs... like, I wish companies wouldn't add the fillers- water- and just have eggs when its eggs... Everything was clean. And well maintained. Very happy with this place, and my girls are happy with me choosing this location again for our next girls trip in a year. Perfect location. A couple minute drive to lots of fun places."

"Very nice property and stay. Near the locations I needed and about a $50 uber from the airport. The shuttle advertised will take you within three miles of the hotel. Accommodated my early checkin request and answered all my questions before arrival, including that $100 room hold was per day so that there no surprises and my trip went very smoothly."
