"if you want to be a part of old downtown fort myers this is your place the night life of first street is just outside your door. the apartment has all you need clean and great location"

"We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

"Everything was perfect & as described. The location is nice (very close to downtown), but peaceful. A bit of a drive to the beach but it didn’t change our experience! Would definitely stay again. Very communicative, accommodating hosts as well. "

"I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting."
