8.8/10 Excellent! (39 reviews)
We're a bit in the middle about this hotel. It looked lovely from the pictures, add to that the reviews and it was an easy choice, unfortunately on a Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed which wasn't obvious via hotels.com. This made the experience not as it could have been. Still a great sleep and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, they serve great coffee.
Not a lot of interaction was had with staff so we can't comment on this

The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful.
My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option.
I could hear every dropped dumbbell.
Such a shame as the location is great.

"Second time staying and we were very disappointed. Outside looks tired and unkept, no towels offered by the pool., To have to pay to use the spa general area as a hotel guest is just wrong and we’ve never experienced this at any other hotel around the world!! We didn’t bother after looking around, ..."
