"Stay was okay, really just a place to sleep and cook a basic meal, no place was set up to hang out or lounge. Okay for couple with kids. Was nice to have an option to purchase snacks and drinks onsite. Vrbo states English, but all communications were in German. Close to home owner who goes to sleep at 9pm, and there is a charge for everything… sauna, extra towel, parking, bikes…so be aware. No self check in, so you will need to set a time to check in."

"We enjoyed our stay here in Mannheim while visiting our daughter. The apartment was clean and spacious. Tychique met us at check in and let us arrive early and stay a little later which was great. "First impression, nice big modern hotel. Friendly staff. Check-in was easy. Easy access to train and bus from lobby. Uber was always within 5 minutes away. Receptionists gave great recommendations for where to eat within walking distance. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, two chairs near the window with a view of the Heidelberg Castle from it. There are two pillows, both of which are too soft to use alone, but raised your head too high used together or folded in half. The bathroom was really nice, and for being in Germany, it seemed like the largest shower I’ve had in a while. There was a speaker in the bathroom that let you hear what was playing in the tv, pretty nice feature. The tv allows you to stream your devices directly to it which was really nice. Overall I had a really great experience and would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area."
