Everything was great except the fact that they charged me $100 plus $32p/day for a SERVICE DOG. He’s not a pet. They claimed I would receive amenities for my dog but never received anything. I have never ever had to pay at a hotel for a SERVICE DOG. I love staying here but the Sheraton Hotel doesn’t charge me for a SERVICE DOG. Their staff is not even aware of how to handle this situation.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was overall pretty good. Rooms were fine—a bit outdated but comfortable for the three of us. Beds are definitely too firm. Pools and entertainment were good. Great spot for 4-5 days of sunshine and relaxation.

Hotel nothing like advertised . .no castle front just boring glass. No shop, no information board, staff no knowledge of local area, pushed their own taxi at10 dollars (approx 530 peso) to cathedral, uber was 97 peso. Restaurant staff reluctant to refill breakfast favourites, other meals pleasant but overpriced. There is nothing in this area for holiday makers, an hour walk to the colonial area, local beach and surrounds filthy.
