Altos de Chavón Archaeological Museum

This is the second time we’ve chosen to stay at this hotel brand. The first time was in Cancun, and this time we came to the Dominican Republic. Once again, it did not disappoint! From the very first moment we walked into the resort, we immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. We stayed at Family Selection, where we had a dedicated check-in area. The young lady who helped us with our check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. But the person we really want to give a special shout-out to is our private butler, Rafael Peguero. We truly have to give Rafael a huge thank you for his exceptional service! Even after his working hours, whenever we needed anything, he was always quick to help. Within his ability, he consistently went above and beyond to assist us, coordinate, and find solutions whenever possible. And every time he saw us around the resort, no matter what time of day, he would always greet us with such warmth and a genuine smile. Those little gestures may seem simple, but they made us feel truly cared for. Our two families, seven people in total, had such an amazing experience at this resort, and Rafael played a huge part in making our stay so enjoyable.
