Cabin was spacious, clean, just as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location with lots to see and do. Quiet setting. Easy to find.
Lovely property located near Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, etc, So much to do and a great place to relax after sightseeing!
Great location to get to Zion, Bryce, and Cedar Breaks. Quiet location, nice house with lots of room for the family to spread out and relax after a busy day hiking.
We met up with friends for a few days of hiking and fun in the Bryce Canyon area. This cabin was wonderful after a long, hot day of hiking! It was great to relax, and playing darts and billiards was fun too! We had everything we needed for a great stay. We would stay here again!
This place is clean and in the perfect spot, they provide everything you need. We brought our RZR and were able to ride right from the house to trails and town. Definitely would stay again.
We loved staying here. The property is well stocked and thoughtfully supplied with most everything you might need for a long or a short stay. The location was conveniently located between Bryce Canyon and Zion. The host was responsive and helpful and we felt right at home if even two nights. Thanks again for hosting us!
This was the perfect home to support three separate families coming together from 3 different states to ride side by sides in Kanab. The extra large paved driveway easily fit three trucks towing trailers. The four bedrooms were perfect. We enjoyed an evening bonfire to cap off the trip in a beautiful home.
My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house and property. The upper floor had a nice open layout for cooking, playing pool, and hanging out. We had a slight delay checking in, but the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend.
We had a total of 9 people. Plenty of room, and we loved the look, design and comfort of the home. It was clean and super comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful surroundings.
This was a family trip celebrating our 50th Anniversary. This was a great home for our family of 7. 5 Adults 2 children 10 & 12. Great base camp for us. Visited Bryce Canon, Zion, Cedar Break National Monument, and several other off the beaten path sites. We found everything we needed at the home. The large ice chest available was very helpful for taking lunches on our adventures. Enjoyed several evenings by the fire pit and looking at the stars. Would recommend this cabin and would rent again if back in the area.
We really enjoyed our stay in Alton. The house had everything you could possibly need in a holiday rental. It was very clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool table. We loved sitting out on the deck. It was so quiet and we saw some deer on multiple occasions. Perfect location between Bryce and Zion NP. Would definitely recommend.
This house was perfect for us on our trip to Bryce Canyon and all the area had to offer. We played hard when we were out but then had this comfortable place to come back to and relax. We had a deer waiting for us when we arrived and many more would visit every morning. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking to get away from it all but also be near enough to experience the beauty of our National Parks.
We were extremely pleased with our experience! Lovely porches and views. Centrally located for easy access to Bryce Canyon and Zion. Beautiful neighborhood near a convenience store. We enjoyed the pool table and dartboard. I wish we could have stayed long enough to have a fire pit evening! Gorgeous place! Thank you!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Excellent property, very clean and well supplied with everything we could possibly need. The location was a perfect spot, right in between visiting Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Cedar Breaks. We even added in a trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. A little bit of a drive for that last one, but worth it! We loved feeling so removed from the hustle and bustle of life, but still being within a relatively short drive to go out to dinner one night.
Our kids are already asking to stay here again!
Amazing vacation home located directly between two amazing parks and so much more that we didn't even get to. The house is spacious and was perfect for the seven of us. My daughters and their friends loved the bunk room, pool table and darts. Kitchen has everything you need and the property feels like you are away from everything. Great stay and we will be back! Thanks Tara and Nick!!!
My daughter is working at Bryce this summer and we came for a quick three day weekend. The property was perfectly located to visit both parks - right between Zion and Bryce. We are pretty “manic” travelers who like to maximize every second. We all commented that we could spend a whole week at your property and slow things down a bit as there is so much to see and do and it was so relaxing. As a bonus - the views of the night sky were incredible! Thanks for hosting us!
We chose this property for its location—reasonable distance from both Zion and Bryce, and easy access to Kolob Canyon and Cedar Breaks too. The community is immediately adjacent to two main highways to the parks, yet this cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful section that feels secluded. We even had deer meandering close by.
The cabin itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, and quality appliances. We had everything we needed to prepare several meals.
The TV has streaming options that we used once or twice, but we found ourselves using the pool table every evening. We enjoyed countless rounds, and since our skills were equally rusty the competition could only be good-natured.
Our host Tara was wonderful to work with. She responded immediately and helpfully whenever we had questions arise. When we visit southern Utah in the future (and we plan to), we will happily stay here again. Thanks, Tara!
