We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Ecotica. The pool area is well kept and inviting. The rooms could use a bit of updating but filled our purpose as it was spacious. The bathroom was small in proportion to the room. The breakfast served was fresh, but the fruit didn’t seem fresh. Nothing spectacular but there were few choices. The major downfall of the resort is the amount of stairs! Crazy amount of stairs in the humidity! The brightest stars were the front desk staff. Allison was the sweetest. She greeted us with a smile and was always there to help us with our plans. Raphael was also very helpful and accommodated our wishes whenever able.

The room was very clean but the bed was hard..did not have great sleep. And the reception staff seemed resistant speaking English

My family and I saw a lot of anime around the hotel during our stay, including a sloth nearby pool, really cool!

When we arrived my wife and I we were welcomed by Jerry and Geraldine from the firs moment they makes us feel VIP . All of their staff share the same goal to make us feel important, and we were. We estayed for four nights, and our experience was 100% ++ satisfied. Hotel rooms, garden, food, location, and the river in the back was great 👍 We recommend this hotel 100%

Room was clean but slightly outdated. We got a lot of use from the hot springs, that was the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and did a great job explaining the layout of the resort and answering questions upon arrival. Easy access to La fortuna downtown area by car as well
