Located within the Elk Run RV Park and Cabins, you`ll enjoy the security of gated access and full use of the campground`s quality amenities. Rest easy on a luxurious king-sized bed, then savor your morning coffee on the private deck while spotting elk, deer, wild horses, and other wildlife. Prepare dinner in the kitchen and enjoy the thoughtful finishes. You`re just 30 minutes from Ski Apache and 15 minutes from downtown Ruidoso.

    All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
    No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.

    We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.

    Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible

Host was very accessible and was able to answer all questions quickly. Would definitely recommend to others. The wild horses came into the park, along with deer and elk. So relaxing.

From the property to the cabin everything was clean and comfortable. They have a nice dog park for our fur baby that was clean and very well taken care of. The only bad I can think of was when we went to take our trash out both dumpster were stuffed full.
