For added solitude, the spa area features privacy nets. For bookings from May 1st to September 30th, we recommend a minimum stay of 3 to 6 nights when booking any weekend night more than three months in advance, and a 2 to 3-night stay if you\`re booking less than two months in advance. Single night stays can be accommodated, primarily during weekdays in peak season, and almost always during the off-peak season, although these are subject to approval. Our property on Campau Lake is a haven of tranquility perfect for families or friends looking to unwind. Along with the hot swim pool spa, we provide opportunities for numerous fun activities like barbecuing on gas grills, indulging in yard games, fishing off the dock, and even partaking in a house escape challenge. Booking & Compliance \* Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 3 days of booking. If not signed, payment/check-in constitutes acceptance of all terms. \* Identification: A valid government-issued ID must be submitted via the platform before check-in. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without a refund. \* Occupancy: All guests and visitors staying past 9:00 PM are considered overnight guests. \* Fees: $25 per person/night plus a one-time $20 preparation fee per person. \* Open-Door Policy: Final guest counts must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure accurate billing. 2\.
