  • Apartment of 65 m2 with magnificent sea view. On the second floor with elevator of the ALTEA SOL residence. This is located on the seafront 800 m from the city center of ALTEA.
    Apartment 2/4 pers: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 150 with sea view. A large living room with a very functional 140 seater 2 seater sofa. WI FI and international TV channels.
    Large sliding windows to enjoy the view.
    1 bathroom, kitchenette. All in a very beautiful sober and design decor.

We walked into a bright and airy apartment from a well lit corridor with lift access. The furniture was plain and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Loads of useful equipment, great tv (with lots of uk channels), and plenty of towels, bedding and beach things. The stand out features are the spectacular sea view from the picture windows and the immediate access to the pebble beach with crystal clear water. Mustn’t forget the good pool and dedicated parking space. What a lovely stay we had, helped by our thoughtful host.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The sea view is absolutely stunning – waking up to that panorama every morning felt like a gift. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect: shops, restaurants, and public transport are all within walking distance, yet the apartment itself is wonderfully quiet. Communication and check-in with the host were excellent, which made our stay even more pleasant. In short: a perfect place to stay, and we would love to come back!

Perfect getaway

The Altea Sol apartment at Cap Negret is a perfect quiet location. You have facilities at the hotel to use which is very close plus a very good supermarket and bar in walking distance.Although there isn’t a balcony you are over looking the sea and practically on the beach.To walk into Altea takes 20 minutes.

Heavenly views

We stayed 4 weeks at Altea Sol. The views from the apartment are spectacular. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Also great wifi work remote working. Comfortable bed and great shower. Lots of towels, beach chairs, cooking equipment, etc. The apartment complex has great facilities and is well maintained. It's not modern but its really functional with a down to earth atmosphere. 2 pools, table tennis (BYO bats and balls), lawn/gardens, direct access to a patrolled pebbly beach (BYO beach shoes). Cap Negret Hotel is nearby which we enjoyed use the bar, pool, live music again with sea views. We enjoyed lovely quiet strolls along the sea front to La Olla Bar which has cool 80's 90's DJ on Thursdays and Sundays. Walking distance to Altea town. Shorter walk to the tram. Communication with the host and his assistants was responsive. All lovely people. We would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful hosts, very helpful and attentive. Apartment is in a lovely position, overlooks the sea and true to the photos and only a 15 minute (flat) walk to the main town. The secure parking is a real bonus as is having a lift in the building. Ideal place for a couple.

Quiet apartment directly on the beach

The apartment is well located and offers a private parking space. If you look for relaxation and a quiet place it is perfect. It has no balcony or terrace but windows which can be opened completely so a balcony is not missed. A private in- and outdoor pool is part of the building as well as direct access to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with the most important and offers a Senseo pad coffee machine only. We had a wonderful time and can recommend the apartment. Hopefully we will return.

Beautiful sea view

The apartment is situated just outside of Altea town centre, so only a short walk away (about 15mins). There is also a good tram link close by which runs from Alicante to Denia - so you can visit other towns pretty easily (fares are around 1.45 euros one way). As we did not have a car, we found this invaluable. The only minus was that as a self catering apartment, there are no shops close by - the nearest one is 300m away, so carrying water that distance can be tricky, especially if you do not have a car. There is a beautiful sea view with the apartment and windows which open completely to make the most of it. We did however miss having a balcony and being able to sit outside of an evening and this is the only reason we have given this a four star rating. Overall a beautiful apartment, situated in a beautiful part of Cap Negret.

1. Sleeping Facilities and Habitability The mattress provided cannot be considered a matter of subjective comfort. It is exceptionally hard, effectively comparable to a rigid surface, and has caused me physical back pain and persistent sleep disruption. . Natural Light and Misrepresentation Your statement regarding natural light requires correction. In practice, the apartment receives direct sunlight only briefly in the early morning (approximately between 08:00 and 08:30). After this time, sunlight disappears entirely behind the building, leaving the apartment without direct sunlight for the remainder of the day. This material fact is not accurately or sufficiently disclosed in the listing and therefore creates a misleading impression of the apartment’s orientation and natural light conditions. This is not a matter of personal preference, but of essential information that directly affects the quality of the stay and should have been transparently communicated prior to booking. 3. Smoke Incident, Safety Measures and Duty of Care The smoke incident on December 6 constitutes a serious safety issue and cannot be characterized as harmless or insignificant. Smoke entered the apartment; No smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors were present inside the accommodation; Although the source of the smoke was external, the risk and exposure occurred within the rented property. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es lief alles reibungslos. Der Ausblick auf das Meer beim Frühstück ein Traum. Die Stadt Altea schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung und die ganze Umgebung total sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell und unkompliziert. Immer wieder würden wir nach Altea kommen. Haben in der Woche viel gesehen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.Ein paar Tipps von mir -font‘s de algar , Benidorm , Albir , Castell de Guadalest :)

La vue mer était magnifique, l’appartement très lumineux malgré son orientation nord est, le grand téléviseur avec quelques chaînes françaises était appréciable. Belle balade de plusieurs kilomètres le long de la mer. Possibilité de rejoindre Altea par un sentier bordé d’agrumes.

Im gesamten war das Apartment super toll Sauger und ordentlich. Richtig gemütlich . Bei der Übergabe wo wir angereist kamen war alles super top der nette Herr kam und hat uns im allem eingewiesen , er war auch jeder Zeit erreichbar wenn irgendwas war . Leider gibt es da für die Kids nicht wirklich viel in der nahen Umgebung aber so war alles super top

Sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Apartment Sowohl das Doppelbett als auch die Schlafcouch sind sehr bequem. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es gibt sogar Liegestühle und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand, sowie eine Karre zum Einkaufen. Der Meerblick ist das absolute Highlight! Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist super freundlich und es gibt noch Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps. Zum Steinstrand gelangt man über den Gartenbereich durch ein Tor. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Apartment

Tres bon séjour à Altea

Mais nous avons été très bien acquis par Jean Marc, que nous remercions encore et notre séjour s’est réalisé parfaitement bien. L’appartement est bien situé en face de la mer avec une très belle vue à contempler tous les jours. La résidence est très sympathique, nous avons été ravis de ce séjour.
