Vorweg muss gesagt werden, dass Herr Köchert sehr bemüht war und uns z.B. sofort Liegestühle (die laut Beschreibung im Bienenhaus hätten sein sollen) zur Verfügung stellen hat lassen und uns auch die Putzfrau nochmals geschickt hat. Dennoch war es zunächst einmal einfach nicht ganz sauber, das Licht im Badezimmer hat geflackert, der Gartentisch wackelt (trotz organisierter Reparatur leider immernoch...!), die Matratzen sind bereits sehr durchgelegen, in der Küche ist die Dunstabzugshaube sehr schmutzig, es sind Kaffeeflecken an der Wand neben der Spülmaschine, der Handfeger im Haus hat schon wesentlich bessere Zeiten gesehen genauso wie die Klobürste, außer zwei abgelaufenen Flaschen Öl war an „Grundzutaten“, die vorhanden sein sollten, nichts da - und das W-LAN funktioniert nur, wenn man im Garten steht... Also alles in allem viele, kleine Kleinigkeiten, die aber in diesem Preissegment (trotz der top Lage, für die man natürlich auch zahlt, schon klar) eigentlich nicht vorkommen dürften und in Summe bei uns leider für einen faden Beigeschmack gesorgt haben. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die scharfen (!) Messer in der Küche, genügend Haken im ganzen Haus und eine Handseife im Bad. Wir haben mehrmals mit Herrn Köchert telefoniert und er ist, wie gesagt, sehr freundlich und bemüht - das W-Lan wird z.B. nun neu eingerichtet, ein Elektriker war während unseres Aufenthaltes bereits kurz vor Ort. Unser Fazit ist, dass es im Stöckel einiger Verbesserungen bedarf, damit es den Preis wieder wert ist. Altaussee an sich ist definitiv eine Reise wert, wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit zu schätzen weiß. Die Landschaft ist wirklich einmalig schön. ##### Anika S. Ein typisch Auseer Haus, das stilvoll und doch funktional modernisiert ist und noch dazu direkt am See liegt, ist schwer zu finden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und die Ausstattung, v.a. auch in Bezug auf ein paar Basislebensmittel war sehr gut. Wenn es nicht immer ausgebucht wäre, würden wir sehr gern öfter kommen. ##### Nicole G. Im Häuschen fühlt man sich sofort heimelig, da lässt sich auch ein Regentag gemütlich überbrücken. Zweimal verbrachten wir hier schon eine sehr schöne Zeit, der dritte Aufenthalt ist bereits geplant! ##### Britta O. Die Küche ist gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt bei Schlechtwetter zu einen angenehmen Lesetag ein. Alles andere an diesem "Puppenhäuschen" ist auch tipp-topp und die Vermieter nett und unkompliziert.
